Terms of Service
Last updated: June 2026
These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of XDTrades and its evaluation challenges and funded-account program. By creating an account or purchasing a challenge, you agree to these Terms.
1. No investment services
XDTrades is a skill-evaluation provider. We do not offer, solicit, or provide investment, brokerage, custodial, or financial advisory services, and we are not a bank, broker-dealer, or money manager.
All challenges and funded accounts operate in a simulated / demo trading environment. You are not trading real client capital, and no orders are routed to a live exchange or liquidity provider on your behalf. Market data is provided for evaluation purposes only.
Nothing on this platform constitutes financial, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions.
2. No guarantees
We do not guarantee any outcome. Passing a challenge, reaching a funded account, generating profit, or receiving a payout are never guaranteed and depend entirely on your own performance and compliance with the rules.
Access to the platform and market data is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We may experience downtime, data delays, or interruptions and are not liable for losses arising from them.
3. Account rules
- One challenge follows a single-phase model: reach the 8% profit target while respecting a 5% maximum daily drawdown and a 10% maximum overall drawdown, across a minimum of 5 trading days.
- Breaching a drawdown limit fails the challenge. There are no free resets or retries — a new challenge must be purchased to try again.
- Accounts are personal. You may not share, sell, or transfer an account, or coordinate trading across multiple accounts to circumvent risk rules.
- Prohibited practices include (without limitation): exploiting price-feed latency or errors, arbitrage against the simulated feed, mass/grid hedging across accounts, use of unauthorized bots, and any manipulation intended to produce non-genuine results. Violations may result in immediate account closure without payout.
- We may freeze, suspend, or close an account that breaches these Terms or that we reasonably suspect of fraud or abuse.
4. Payout rules
- Funded accounts share profits on an 80/20 basis (you keep 80%).
- Payouts are processed in USDT only. You are responsible for providing a correct wallet address and network (ERC20, TRC20, or BEP20). We are not liable for funds lost due to an incorrect address or wrong network.
- The first payout becomes available 14 days after the funded account is created. Subsequent payouts may be requested once every 14 days, measured from your last approved payout.
- Only one payout request may be open at a time. Requests are reviewed and approved (or rejected) by our team before processing.
- We may require identity verification (KYC) before releasing a payout.
- Funded accounts have no profit target and no drawdown limit; a funded account is closed only if its balance is fully depleted ("burned"). A closed account is permanent and requires a new challenge to continue.
5. Payments
Challenge fees are paid in USDT via on-chain transfer to the wallet address shown at checkout. You confirm payment by submitting your transaction hash, which our team verifies before activating the account. See our Refund Policy regarding finality of payments.
6. Changes & termination
We may update these Terms at any time; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. We may suspend or terminate the service or your account where required by law or in cases of breach or abuse.
