This Privacy Policy explains what information XDTrades collects, how we use and store it, and the choices you have. By using the platform you consent to the practices described here.
1. What data we collect
- Account details: your name and email address.
- Authentication data: a securely hashed password (we never store your password in plain text).
- Trading activity: your orders, positions, trade history, equity and challenge metrics on simulated accounts.
- Payment & payout data: the transaction hash (TxID) you submit for challenge purchases, and the USDT wallet address and network you provide for payouts.
- Communications: messages you send us through the in-app support thread.
- Technical data: basic log information such as IP address and timestamps used for security and abuse prevention.
2. How we use your data
- To create and operate your account, run challenges, and manage funded accounts and payouts.
- To verify payments and process payout requests.
- To provide support and send account notifications (pass/fail, payouts, violations, messages).
- To protect the platform against fraud, abuse, and rule violations, and to comply with legal obligations.
3. How we store and protect it
Data is stored in our application database. Passwords are hashed using industry-standard one-way hashing, and access to data is restricted to authorized personnel.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active and as needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, and meet legal/record-keeping requirements. We do not sell your personal data.
4. Sharing
We share data only where necessary to operate the service (e.g. infrastructure providers), to comply with the law, or to protect our rights. We do not sell or rent your information to advertisers.
5. Requesting deletion of your data
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing admin@xdtrades.com from the address associated with your account.
We will action verified deletion requests within a reasonable period, except where we are legally required to retain certain records (for example, payment and payout records).
