Risk Disclosure
Last updated: June 2026
Trading carries a high level of risk and is not suitable for everyone. By using XDTrades you acknowledge and accept the risks described below.
1. Trading is risky
Trading leveraged instruments such as forex, indices, commodities, metals, and cryptocurrencies involves substantial risk. Prices can move rapidly and unpredictably, and losses can occur quickly. You should never risk more than you can afford to lose.
2. Simulated environment
XDTrades challenges and funded accounts operate in a simulated / demo environment. You are not trading real money in the markets through us, and results in a simulated environment may differ materially from live trading conditions (including spreads, slippage, execution, and liquidity).
3. No guarantee of results
Past performance is not indicative of future results. No representation is made that any account will or is likely to achieve profits or losses similar to those shown. Reaching a profit target, becoming funded, or receiving a payout is never guaranteed.
4. Your challenge fee is at risk
The fee you pay to take a challenge is non-refundable (see our Refund Policy). If you breach the rules or fail the challenge, you will need to purchase a new challenge to try again.
5. Not financial advice
Nothing provided by XDTrades constitutes financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for your trading decisions and should seek independent professional advice if you are unsure whether trading is appropriate for you.
