Refund Policy

All sales are final. No refunds.

Challenge fees are non-refundable. Once a payment has been confirmed and the challenge account has been made available to you, the purchase is final and no refunds will be issued — including, but not limited to, cases where you fail the challenge, breach a rule, change your mind, or stop using the account.

The fee pays for access to the evaluation service and the simulated trading environment, which is delivered as soon as your account is activated.

Limited exceptions

At our sole discretion, we may correct a clear processing error — for example a confirmed duplicate on-chain payment for the same order. Such corrections are handled case by case; contact admin@xdtrades.com with your transaction hash.

Crypto payments & chargebacks

Because payments are made on-chain in USDT, transactions are irreversible. Sending the wrong amount, to the wrong network, or to the wrong address may result in permanent loss, for which XDTrades is not responsible. Attempting to reverse a settled crypto payment or otherwise dispute a final sale may result in account termination.
